The staff were super helpful and friendly! The food amazing! The place super clean! They even upgraded our room. I was sick for several day and staff made my stay very pleasant. The architecture of the place was lovely!

Staff were so accommodating and kind. Will be coming back here at the end of our trip and will definitely stay here again. Location is perfect for walking between markets and plazas and restaurants.

The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The twin room was a great size with comfortable beds. Shower was quite decent. location of hotel is a short walk from museums and central plazas. I would like to emphasize how friendly the three staff members we interacted with were (Especially William)! They helped us out with ordering transport (and pricing), recommended restaurants in the area.

Our 1 and 3 year old appreciated that the room was spacious, as it is an older hotel. The place has a lot of charm and is in a great location. The showers have warm water and there was a fridge in the room. Overall, it was probably the best value for money place that we've stayed in Colombia so far!
