Quinta Bolívar was instantly inviting with its warm decor and the kindest of people. Philipe went out of his way to make sure I felt at ease and greatly supported with getting around the city. The room was comfortable too. I would definitely stay again.

I would like to emphasize how friendly the three staff members we interacted with were (Especially William)! They helped us out with ordering transport (and pricing), recommended restaurants in the area.
