Everything was great,the staff very friendly and helpful.It s near to a lot of restaurants shops and only 5 min (by didi)away from train station .

Set in Zhangjiajie, 31 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Butterfly Flowers Inn features air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. The rooms were adorable. The staff were so helpful, even though we spoke no Chinese. The location was fantastic. Close to the bus station and the cable car.

The rooms were fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Our flight got cancelled twice and we had to stay one more day and all the staff helped us multiple times. The facilities are very good, clean and well located. Special thanks to Grand in the lobby. He was amazing!

Top place! The hotel is literally next to the Tianmen cableway entrance. Room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated.

Perfect location to explore the Tianmen mountain a the cableway station is literally 5 mins walk from the hotel entrance. Very new, clean and well-maintained hotel. Special mention to the front counter staff on our check in day who patiently helped us sort out payment issue! Lovely library at the lobby.

Steve helped us a lot with good information and very patient. He even brought the tickets for the Tianmen mountain for us. Price worth and good location

Situated in Zhangjiajie, 27 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Xiangxi's Love - Yangyun Hotel features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The hotel is located in a quite area of the city and close to all tourist sites. The room is very comfortable and staff are super helpful and friendly!

Home Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Branch offers accommodation in Zhangjiajie. Every room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a TV with cable channels. Nice room with comfortable beds, and it's a short walk from the Tianmenshan cable car. Right next to the south railway station and bus station, many HSR trains seem to use the west station but they offered us free pick up from there. People at the reception were helpful though didn't speak much English.
