Vanbrugh Bay Hotel - Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain features air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV in the Yong Ding district of Zhangjiajie. The staff were very efficient and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was good and taxis were easily available outside the hotel. There were restaurants and a coffee shop close by.

Zhangjiajie Borui Hotel - Tianmen Mountain 张家界泊睿庭院酒店 has a fitness centre, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Zhangjiajie. Ideally located in the Yong Ding district, this hotel provides a bar. The owner and daughter, Lisa were excellent host. They were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, kind, honest and professional. Lisa could speak English quite well. She is a very smart young lady. The location of the hotel was so convenient to all access. We enjoyed staying at Borui Hotel and will definitely recommend to friends, relatives and if we were to stay in Zhangjiajie again, we WILL stay at Borui Hotel. Again....we loved staying at Borui Hotel. ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect location to explore the Tianmen mountain a the cableway station is literally 5 mins walk from the hotel entrance. Very new, clean and well-maintained hotel. Special mention to the front counter staff on our check in day who patiently helped us sort out payment issue! Lovely library at the lobby.
