They were so welcoming, helpful, friendly, kind, honest and professional. Lisa could speak English quite well. She is a very smart young lady. The location of the hotel was so convenient to all access. We enjoyed staying at Borui Hotel and will definitely recommend to friends, relatives and if we were to stay in Zhangjiajie again, we WILL stay at Borui Hotel. Again....we loved staying at Borui Hotel. ❤️❤️❤️

Special mention to the front counter staff on our check in day who patiently helped us sort out payment issue! Lovely library at the lobby.
