Pearl's interpersonal skills are truly remarkable. She has an innate ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into the hotel. Her warm demeanor and attentive nature create an inviting atmosphere that guests often mention in their reviews. Pearl goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a positive experience, whether it's assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, providing information about local attractions, or resolving any issues they may encounter during their stay. Boasting a fitness centre, shared lounge, restaurant and free WiFi, Holiday Inn Express Xiamen Airport Zone, an IHG Hotel is situated in Xiamen, 10 km from Dongdu Wharf and 13 km from Xiamen Railway... I had a long layover but opted for out of Airport experience and booked a hotel in the Airport zone, one night had to be conveniently located near Airport, this hotel fit the bill. Best part was the breakfast and the staff, especially Li Hongying, she went out of her way to explain in English and when lost for words used translation app. Great service and staff.

Xiamen C&D is located a 10-minute drive from Gaoqi International Airport. The luxurious hotel offers a fitness centre, an indoor pool and free parking. We love everything about this place. We're mostly impressed is the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. We arrived in wee hours in the morning after 20+ hours of travel. We were absolutely exhausted. I remember her name is 小赵。 She explained where is the our room, the breakfast service, booked a shuttle to bring our baggage to the room , and reserved a airport shuttle service, all with a smile on her face.
