The hotel is located less than 10 min by walk from Yongningmen Station; run by the main line which connects to Xi’an North train station (45 min). The hotel is newly refurbished, no lift but they only have 1 floor. There is a laundry area, where you can use the washing machine and dryer for free, and they even provide you with the detergents. Ventilation is amazing, as well as water pressure. The rooms are smoking rooms, but you can’t really tell because you can’t smell cigarettes. The manager was really nice, he offered us free ride to the attractions; continuously checking if we were fine and if we need anything; he even give us a gift.

Ideally located in the heart of historical Xi’an, the gorgeous Xi'an Dajing Castle Hotel is around a 5-minute stroll from Yongning Gate, the south gate of the ancient city wall. The staff make the stay. Jason and Dung specifically. Ran into a major problem with an external service provider. These two were magnificent, so much so that I felt the need to write to the manager to commend both. "Jack" at the front desk - the master of the translation app!!!! - Great fun and we enjoyed a laugh.loved the stay here and happy to recommend to anyone.
