Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.

Opposite Shenzhen Golf Club, JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen is an upscale setting centrally located along Shennan Boulevard, the thriving commercial area of Futian District. Stuff was so helpful. Clean and reasonable price.

7Days Premium Shenzhen Zhuzilin Subway Station features free WiFi throughout the property and rooms with air conditioning in Shenzhen. The location is very good, there is metro stop closely. The staff doesn't speak english (like most in China), so make sure you have a translation app. Everyone was very helpful regardless. They accept Alipay.

Conveniently located in Futian business district, Oriental Ginza Shenzhen is just steps away from Zhuzilin Subway Station (Line 1). Very nice and luxurious hotel with all the amenities you would expect from hotel of this rating. It is practically 50m from Zhuzilin metro station. I had a great stay there. It is also reasonably priced

Place is very clean and comfortable for big groups/family. Great value for money and convenient to get to places.
