The location is very good, there is metro stop closely. The staff doesn't speak english (like most in China), so make sure you have a translation app. Everyone was very helpful regardless. They accept Alipay.

Conveniently located in Futian business district, Oriental Ginza Shenzhen is just steps away from Zhuzilin Subway Station (Line 1). Hace 4 meses estuve ahí en Oriental Ginza y me salí el primer día porque estaba mal. Esta vez la habitación que me asignaron estaba renovada, bien, pero aún no tienen el servicio de Sauna, de Vapor tampoco SPA. Hay mucho ruido por trabajos en las noches. Lo bueno sigue siendo su ubicación.

A exceptional clean and hospitality hotel apartment. The good hospitality was from hotel staffs including cleaner. I booked a 2 rooms premium apartment was big , clean and bright. My elder mum had a better sleep here than at home. It has everything we needed, including washing machine with detergent provided. Kitchen was also well equipped, shower water pressure was good for showering. We can ask for anything needed if there is shortage including extra blanket , pillows. 5 + 1 stars rating overall.
