We could step out onto the surrounding streets and explore beautiful shops, eyeopener malls, restaurants. Always felt safe. The hotel staff were professional, empathetic and excellent ambassadors for their employer and China. We chose it because it was a original mansion, so much character and the new addition related well. A delightful garden with outdoor seating a treasure. Delicious substantial breakfast. Absolutely no noise could be heard in our room. The price was very good value.

The location, the surroundings, the staff, the meals, the garden, the buildings ... everything! The concierge staff was very kind, informative, and professional. The front desk staff was also very attentive and helpful.

The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Many supplies were provided for free. We arrived pretty early but they still allowed us to check in before the regular check in time. The location is great, very near to the city center and right next to the metro station.
