Most of all is their staff! I met a very sweet front desk lady Angel (拾柒). After I mentioned my husband and I are celebrating our 26 year wedding anniversary, she gave us free coffee coupons and 4 days of free breakfast. She also communicated with me on WeChat during my stay to ensure we are happy with their service. The breakfast serving Eastern and Western food which is great! I recommend this hotel when you stay in Hangzhou!

The hotel is very well located (10min walk to the West Lake), the staff is very nice, the room is clean and modern, the breakfast is also vey nice. We benefitted from a larger room without additionao fees which was very much appreciated.

Nice and very friendly staff helped very good to use the by App rental bicycles (public not hotel). Breakfast was our best in China.

Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.
