Most of all is their staff! I met a very sweet front desk lady Angel (拾柒). After I mentioned my husband and I are celebrating our 26 year wedding anniversary, she gave us free coffee coupons and 4 days of free breakfast. She also communicated with me on WeChat during my stay to ensure we are happy with their service. The breakfast serving Eastern and Western food which is great! I recommend this hotel when you stay in Hangzhou!

Grand Hyatt Hangzhou ligger ved siden af den smukke sø Ixhu i det østlige Kina, blot 5 minutters gang fra Longxiangqiao Metrostation. The room was spacious and clean. The executive lounge was fantastic for a relaxing small meal, afternoon tea and snack. The hotel location was beside West Lake for a leisure walk to enjoy the beautiful scenery. At the same time the hotel was just next to the busy shopping and dining areas. You will be spoiled by the variety of shops and eateries. I highly recommend it to all visiting Hangzhou !

I have stayed here a couple of times. It is excellent value for money with comfortable, quiet rooms at a good price. Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.
