Great hotel, very beautiful with Chinese traditional architecture and landscaping. Great service, the hotel staffs are very professional and helpful. I strongly recommended.

This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! Loved the pool!! Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and designed, excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Best place to stay in Hangzhou!!

Hotel Four Seasons Hangzhou at West Lake nalazi se na severozapadnom ćošku privlačnog Zapadnog jezera. Iz većine smeštajnih jedinica pruža se pogled na tradicionalne kineske vrtove. The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.

Hotel staff are very enthusiastic and supportive. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and has a great location, near West Lake. They also gave us a gift when checking out.
