We have very much enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back again! We picked this hotel because the building has a wonderful location between of the West Lake and the Linying Temple, but the stay went way beyond our expectation and added greatly to our time in Hangzhou. The room was very nice and artistically decorated. The host did an amazing job providing us with helpful information, delicious local breakfast, fresh fruits during day, and thoughtful souvenir during the traditional Chinese holiday.

This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! Loved the pool!! Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and designed, excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Best place to stay in Hangzhou!!

El Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake està situat a la cantonada nord-oest del magnífic llac de l'Oest i ofereix vistes dels jardins tradicionals xinesos des de la majoria d'allotjaments. The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

Only a 5-minute drive from Lingyin Temple, Yurong West Lake Cottage Resort Hotel Hangzhou features nicely decorated guest rooms with free WiFi. All rooms come with underfloor heating. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The room was great, decent size and comfortable. It is in a great location to view west lake but it also is not far from the city. I would stay here again.
