The breakfast is amazing and has a huge variety of choices! The great view from the balcony, especially at night! All the staff are very friendly. They even arranged to gift me a mini cake when they got to know it's my birthday. Really appreciate the gesture!

We arrived quite late (or maybe too early) at 5AM. They told us to call them when we arrive at the reception, but we had no Chinese phone number. Fortunately, we could borrow a phone from a security guy at the nearby building. The receptionist showed up shortly and took us to the room. On the day we left, another receptionist helped us book Didi to the rail station. Not sure if they can speak English though, since my survival Mandarin helped a lot along the way. However, they do have a Chinese instant transition app, so language barrier is not something too serious. Overall, their hospitality is beyond our expectations!
