One of the best things super clean&nice swimming pool, which is most of the time pretty empty, so you can enjoy the whole pool yourself, also hot springs available. We arrived quite late (or maybe too early) at 5AM. They told us to call them when we arrive at the reception, but we had no Chinese phone number. Fortunately, we could borrow a phone from a security guy at the nearby building. The receptionist showed up shortly and took us to the room. On the day we left, another receptionist helped us book Didi to the rail station. Not sure if they can speak English though, since my survival Mandarin helped a lot along the way. However, they do have a Chinese instant transition app, so language barrier is not something too serious. Overall, their hospitality is beyond our expectations!
