Very helpful staff. Staff spoke English and were very helpful with advising on local activities. Clean modern rooms. Great location. Close to the old town, metro and some great restaurant options.

Looks beautiful from the outside, with lovely relaxing water features. The hotel is also located on a beautiful road really close to a subway station and within walking distance of the Kuanzhai Alleys. Rooms were modern and made us of technology well. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was a nice spread of both Western and Chinese stapled, with the option to have a fresh bowl of soup noodles made for you!

Even though right in the city centre with shops and restaurants within the vicinity, room rate was reasonably priced! The staff is very friendly and ever so helpful! We had a room with balcony with a beautiful city and river view! The room was clean and pleasant. A delightful surprise - the bathroom was even equipped with a washing machine....for us to get a chance to wash our dirty laundry after travelling for over 3 weeks in China!! Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, niesamowicie wystrojony, ze smaczną restauracją. Bardzo przyjemne pokoje, które mają wszystko co trzeba. Dostępna darmowa kawa popołudniem w lobby. Ogromnym plusem są bardzo smaczne śniadania - zarówno w wersji azjatyckiej jak i kontynentalnej, oraz obsługa która pomoże Ci ze wszystkim - od zorganizowania wycieczki przez udzielenie wsparcia w razie jakichkolwiek pytań czy wątpliwości (szczególne podziękowania dla Zoey, Kimberley i Franka). Internet również działał bez zarzutu, a hotel nawet zrealizował dla nas darmowe pranie! Bardzo polecam

This well preserved BuddhaZen hotel is located in a traditional courtyard style building, situated in the Wenshu Square tourist attraction within the First Ring Road, adjacent to Tianfu Square,... Beautiful hotel in a very nice location in Chengdu. Really close to the metro and other attractions. Lots of cafes and shops around the hotel. A nice plus: two giant salamanders in the fountain! I hadn’t been able to see them during the rest of my trip but was super nice to be able to see them there. The breakfast is also a nice addition!

Location is within walking distance to all places of interest. It only take 5 to 10 mins if you want to take a car ride. Walking is easy too. This serviced apartment is connected to a nice shopping mail with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. There is a convenient store near by to get snack and beer. You can find some local eateries nearby like hotpot, seafood and BBQ.
