We had a room with balcony with a beautiful city and river view! The room was clean and pleasant. A delightful surprise - the bathroom was even equipped with a washing machine....for us to get a chance to wash our dirty laundry after travelling for over 3 weeks in China!! Beautiful hotel in a very nice location in Chengdu. Really close to the metro and other attractions. Lots of cafes and shops around the hotel. A nice plus: two giant salamanders in the fountain! I hadn’t been able to see them during the rest of my trip but was super nice to be able to see them there. The breakfast is also a nice addition!
