I can't praise Pan Pacific Beijing enough. All staffs I encountered were so lovely. They made me feel very welcomed on the first day arriving in Beijing. Thanks a million for the room upgrade. What an amazing surprise. ❤️😊 My husband and I love Pan Pacific brand very much. We always stayed at Pan Pacific in the past while visiting Singapore. I must say Pan Pacific Beijing is just as exceptional. Location is also very central. I stopped at the amber bar for a pre dinner drink, how gorgeous the rooftop terrace was. I highly recommend this hotel. 😁👍

Grand Mercure Beijing Central is located in the heart of the city, adjacent to Financial Street business district. Loved the breakfast, a lot of variety and high quality. The staff was amazing and had great english. They helped us to book certain tourist attractions! We travelled with a baby and were given a baby cot & high chair for breakfast. The room didn't have any smoke smell which is great and not common. We also got upgraded and stayed in a huge room with a sofa and living area. The location is great. Overall, very happy!
