Location, traditional, staff!! The staff were fantastic. They helped us book tickets to attractions! Assisted us with payment options. Gave us directions/ recommendations! English is quite hard over there and they were so so so helpful. Very grateful. Thank you Breakfast was also really nice!!

Fantastic service, great location. The staff was truly kind and accommodating with all of my questions and needs (laundry, baggage storage, assistance with attractions and bookings). The location is 400 m from the metro so it’s easy to navigate all around the top Beijing attractions. The hotel is on a lively Hutong Alley with many shops and restaurants open late yet the hotel itself is quiet. The amenities were modern, clean and comfortable, five star feel.

Mysigt hotell i toppenläge i lugn gränd i en hutong. Trevlig reception med bord att sitta vid och äta, skriva på datorn etc. Smakfullt inrett rum med fräscht badrum (men inget fönster!). Väldigt hjälpsam personal, kommunikation via översättnings-app funkar bra.
