The staff. I had a problem when I booked (I booked for another date) and the receptionist helped me so that I didn’t pay two times and I could sleep there. She was really nice. She helped me for an hour or so, which motivated me to rate this hotel.

HITrental Stauffacher Apartments asub Zürichis, 1,5 km kaugusel Bahnhofstrasse'ist ja Paradeplatzist. Ajaloolises hoones on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. It’s amazing that they let us store our luggage first when we arrived earlier than check in time, the staffs were so nice, and there’s laundry room that you can wash the clothes! Totally recommend it!

Guesthouse fürDich is located in the centre of Zurich, 15 minutes by bus or tram from the Main Train Station. It includes a café and a bistro for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available. Staffs are nice. Even we arrive late, we still got help to check in.
