The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. The room is functional and very clean. The bed is comfortable. Exactly what I needed.

The staff. I had a problem when I booked (I booked for another date) and the receptionist helped me so that I didn’t pay two times and I could sleep there. She was really nice. She helped me for an hour or so, which motivated me to rate this hotel.

Located in Zürich, 3.1 km from Bahnhofstrasse, Olympia Hotel Zurich features views of the city. This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, an ATM and free WiFi. They upgraded my room to a 4 start hotel (i guess because they were over booked). However, that was a great gesture! Loved it.
