This contemporary 5-star hotel is located in the heart of Zurich, yet just steps away from the fashionable Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, Lake Zurich and the Old Town. Staff were amazing. We couldn’t get early check in (just flew in from Miami and were exhausted) BUT they sent us to an incredible old restaurant in the hotel car and we were well looked after. This began our amazing stay 5 nights at the hotel.

The smallest 5-star Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich enjoys a quiet location right in the city centre. We were warmly welcomed by all the staff as soon as we arrived. The junior suite was very large, clean and had a lot of charm due to the old wooden floors in combination with modern elements. Every wish was fulfilled immediately and we would like to express our special thanks to the reception and especially Kaltrina, who made us feel at home at all times. We will definitely be back. For sure - one of the best Hotels ever!

The only hitch was that the cleaners had forgotten to leave out the book describing how things worked, the Wi-Fi code, etc. However, the host answered all questions in a timely manner.
