Hotel Neufeld on the Goldbrunnenplatz square in Zürich-Wiedikon is just a 10-minute tram ride away from the centre of Zürich. I stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was clean and the bedding was fresh and neat. The size of the room and bathroom was decent and I had a good night's sleep. The location is ideal as it sits on two quiet streets but also close enough to the bus stop. I liked that it wasn't too far from the main train station because I had a flight to catch the next day. Breakfast was delicious and the views were great.

Room was really big, bed was really comfortable, entrance and bar are stylish and strikingly cool, staff were lovely.

In the Wiedikon district of Zürich, close to Museum Rietberg, Haldengrund features a garden and a washing machine. We were warmly welcomed by Sascha (the host), her friend and her cute dog Jimmy. During our stay Sascha was very helpful and always up for a chat. The apartment was arranged lovely, you can feel there is a soul in this place. The booked rooms were even bigger than expected. You have two spacious rooms for yourself and a balcony. The beautiful bathroom, kitchen and toilet are shared with your renter Sascha (and Jimmy), who live in the room next door. It is located close to the S Bahn, which takes you to the city center (Zürich HB) in 5 minutes. By foot it’s about 30 minutes. Also it’s a good start for hiking up the Uetliberg mountain. It is really quiet! You can easily sleep with open windows. That’s a blessing if you’re coming from a busy city. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back if we’ll visit Zürich again.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Gasthaus zum Guten Glück is located in Zürich, 1.4 km from Bahnhofstrasse. Some units feature a seating area where you can relax. "Liya" and the other female friend working in the cafe at the entrance (sorry for the mispronunciation) are really welcoming. He always tried to help as much as he could. The room is a simple, small, private room, almost like a hotel. I can say that the place is really high quality.
