Built in mid-18th century, the Hotel D'allèves offers a quiet location in the centre of Geneva. It is only 5 minutes' walk from the train station and 100 meters from Lake Geneva. I loved everything! The breakfast buffet is amazing with such a kind and attentive staff! I know we took a little long to eat but the staff never said a word and politely took great care of us all the way to the end. The gentleman waiter is out of this world! The bedroom was outstanding, very large and elegant, with a beautiful bathroom, and a separate toilet. Everything was amazing from the moment we walked it, huge smiles from the reception, who was outstanding and catered to our every need. We are so delighted to have found this gem, we definitely will be back!

The unique Hôtel Les Armures hotel housed in a 17th-century building in the heart of Geneva's old town boasts a unique historic atmosphere, charming rooms and fine cuisine. What a lovely stay! Everything was PERFECT: 1. Had booked for one night the standard bedroom and then the suite for the second night. Upon arrival they informed us we had been upgraded for the suite for the first night as well so we would not have to make a bedroom change. 2. The hotel is so perfectly located, right in the middle of old town. If you like fondue, you cannot miss their restaurant. 3. Their staff was attentive, professional and efficient. They even left a card, a box of chocolates, cookies and fresh fruits in the bedroom for my husband’s birthday. 4. The confort and cleanliness of the room. All and all a place to not miss when in Geneva, definitely my go to for my next stay!

Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The room was smart and comfortable and the shower area was handicap friendly. Breakfast was yummy and healthy. The hotel's central location was perfect for visiting many sites and shops by foot, and trams and busses easily accessible for longer journeys. The hotel's bar/restaurant was a pleasant place to spend extra time as was the reading area where coffee/tea was available.
