Located within 50 metres of Messe Basel and 1.1 km of Blue and White House, Bloom Hotel & Bar in Basel provides a bar and rooms with free WiFi. The reception personnel were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The gentleman who greeted me was very professional and knowledgeable and the lady on the desk in the morning was of the same calibre - extremely pleasant. Whilst settling the account upon checkout it was lovely to be informed that the chocolates and water which I had consumed in the room were complimentary. The room was more than adequate and suited to my needs. It was a "Triple" room, but I wouldn't have enjoyed sharing such a small space for more than a simple nights rest. For me alone it was perfect. The double bed was luxurious and I slept extremely well, felt very refreshed and restored in the morning. A coffee pod machine and tea bags were available to make a morning brew. A small fridge for essentials. Great TV which I had a quick flick through. Modern system interface with easy navigation. Vast amount of services available: television, radio, movies, internet, information etc. The bathroom was very modern and new, and the shower absolutely great. Towels were absolutely divine - big, white and fluffy as they should be! Despite the location there wasn't any noise disturbance, even on a Saturday night in central Basel. The hotel is sited virtually opposite the Messeplatz tramline, a very busy and prosperous area of Basel. You can get to anywhere in Basel from here and the main train station is just a few minutes away. Just around the corner is a high street full of shops, restaurants, bars etc (Clarastrase). From Messeplatz you can take Tram 8 to Weil am Rhein train station in Germany, just over the border. France is just a tram ride away too! Breakfast was available but I already had plans for meeting outside, so I didn't experience it. The breakfast room was in a separate area behind the reception. Next to the reception was a bar/coffee lounge and this looked very inviting.

Hotel Alexander se nalazi usred sajmišta Mese Bazel i Kongresnog centra, na 7 minuta vožnje od centra Bazela. Tramvajska stanica se nalazi ispred samog hotela. Dostupan je besplatan WiFi. The male receptionist was very helpful and kind. It was very clean.

The Pullman Basel Europe, the first Pullman hotel in Switzerland, is located only 500 metres from the heart of the city and 200 meters from the Messe Basel Congress and Exhibition Centre. It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. They gave free basel card for free transportation. They offered limitless water which is very important. There was a coffee machine in the room and that was nice. They location was perfect.

Hotel Locanda offers accommodation in Basel. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Every room is fitted with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Rooms are fitted with a private bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. A great selection to choose from starting at 6:45 which is important when on business travel.

All spacious rooms and suites feature air-conditioning, an LCD satellite TV, and tea and coffee making facilities. A scrumptious breakfast is served daily at the property. The breakfast was amazing. Very comfortable stay at this hotel.

Hotel Rheinfelderhof je smešten na centralnoj lokaciji u Bazelu, na 200 metara od sajmišta i na 3 minuta hoda od centra grada. Tramvajska stanica se nalazi ispred hotela. The hotel is centrally located, with the center just a short walk away, and tram lines right outside the door. The single room and its bed are both pretty generously sized, comfortable, and immaculate. The staff at both reception and the restaurant could not have been more accommodating. This will be home base when visiting Basel in the future.

The easyHotel Basel is located next to the Messe Basel fairgrounds, within walking distance from the centre, 10 minutes by tram from the Main Train Station and 3 minutes from the Badischer Bahnhof... Dobra lokacija, udobni kreveti, lako prijavljivanje.

Hotel du Commerce nudi flat-screen TV s kablovskom televizijom u svim sobama, besplatan bežični Internet, i ima sopstvenu garažu. Nalazi se na samo 150 m od sajmišta Messe Basel. The room was very large, modern, and well appointed! It was really hot the day we visited and the air conditioning was a lifesaver!

Apart-hotel Adagio Basel City smešten je u srcu grada i nedaleko od Sajma u Bazelu. Do Starog grada i obale reke Rajne može se stići za 10 minuta hoda. Everything. Spacious, fully-equipped studio with a cosy hotel lobby downstairs, all in a quiet quarter with great eateries (check Klara 13 food market, pan-Asian Lily's Maxim, and Kitchen Focacceria) and lovely riverside walks. Also, close to a tram hub too with the old town across the river. You cannot go wrong with this one, seriously.
