The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff especially Ronan was fantastic. We were treated wonderfully and would highly recommend this hotel! Very enjoyable stay.

The Pullman Basel Europe, the first Pullman hotel in Switzerland, is located only 500 metres from the heart of the city and 200 meters from the Messe Basel Congress and Exhibition Centre. Location was perfect. A quick tram ride to the Christmas markets and back right at the door. Staff advised perfectly the transport and the local boulangeries which we love. The reception area has a good seating area to enjoy a wine or coffee at any time.

Honestly I don’t get all the bad reviews, I had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again, I also recommended it to my friends. They upgraded my room with no extra costs and the room was very nice and cozy. I traveled in spring so the air was still pretty cold but the room was warm and the bathroom even warmer. It was also quiet and peaceful. The room was also very clean. The check-in was so easy: I received a code for the entrance door by email the morning of my stay, once inside you can see there’s like a screen and you just enter your info and then after you finish it’ll give your room number and you’ll receive an email with the code for the keys. The keys are inside a small box on your room door.

The hotel has ideal location everything is within walkable distance, there are stores around and cafes as well. The room when entered was spotless clean, room cleaning was not that bad either. The room is definitely not soundproof, but if you plan to be out all day and just sleep at night, works perfectly well. Everything is silent after 11:00pm. The cleaning starts at 9:00am, so if you prefer to sleep till late hours maybe not best option. Staff very nice and helpful. Hotel provide Basel card which is simply life savor! FREE transport within Basel city and almost 50 % discount on all museums. Room not spacious, but enough for 1 person. Overally, recommended, especially considering the location and price, plus room amenities was not bad as well.

The easyHotel Basel is located next to the Messe Basel fairgrounds, within walking distance from the centre, 10 minutes by tram from the Main Train Station and 3 minutes from the Badischer Bahnhof... The hotel has a great location, near the tram station or 15 min walking to acces the Mittlere Brucke. The room was very clean, you have everything you need for a short trip to Basel. I recommend this place, it's worth for the price.
