The staff was fantastic, the cleaning lady was so kind. The location is excellent, you can go walking to the main places in Downtown Vancouver. We asked for help to scheduling our whale watching and the Concierge not only made the reservation, he warned us about the day with the best weather conditions for the tour.

THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION VERY FRIENDLY, KIND & HELPFUL. THEY EVEN GAVE US ELECTRIC BICYSCLES FOR FREE. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS. THE BED EXTREMELY COMPFORTABLE. WE RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE VISITING VANCOUVER.

I've stayed in s I Mr of the best hotels ND enjoy being pampered. But Smithe House was perfectly tight for Vancouver. I recommend it without reservation ( tho m as ke sure you have one!).
