The staff was fantastic, the cleaning lady was so kind. The location is excellent, you can go walking to the main places in Downtown Vancouver. We asked for help to scheduling our whale watching and the Concierge not only made the reservation, he warned us about the day with the best weather conditions for the tour.

Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar temiz ve malzemeler kaliteliydi. Her gün bir farklı atıştırmalık ikram edildi. Soğuk buzlu limon dilimli bir sürahi gün ortasında odama bırakıldı. Çok memnun kaldım.

The quality of the hotel was very high relative to the cost of the room, the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, the Toto toilet was a very interesting "amenity" and the view was really nice. Location was perfect to walk to points of interest, and the area is very nice, quiet, and safe. The only downside was that the hot-tub (which seemed very appealing) was too crowded to go in.
