I loved everything in this hotel. The staff was fantastic, the cleaning lady was so kind. The location is excellent, you can go walking to the main places in Downtown Vancouver. We asked for help to scheduling our whale watching and the Concierge not only made the reservation, he warned us about the day with the best weather conditions for the tour.

The location is excellent , the view from our room in 17th floor is amazing , we really enjoy staying here . all the staffs are very nice , and very professional .

This is a gorgeous hotel in downtown Vancouver with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended, especially if you are interested in a more boutique feel. Loved the free bikes!

Sellel Vancouveri Coal Harbouri linnaosas asuval hotellil on basseini ja mullivanniga katuseterrass. Hotellist avaneb vaade North Shore’i mägedele. Kohapeal on restoran ja baar. The quality of the hotel was very high relative to the cost of the room, the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, the Toto toilet was a very interesting "amenity" and the view was really nice. Location was perfect to walk to points of interest, and the area is very nice, quiet, and safe. The only downside was that the hot-tub (which seemed very appealing) was too crowded to go in.
