One major reason I choose here every time I come to Toronto is because of the airport shuttle. Forgot our iPad in the room and the front desk got it for us and sent it with the shuttle on his next run to the airport. Thank you so much.

The staff was exceptional, catered to our every need, shuttle drivers were prompt and helpful. Perfect for staying and commuting to downtown Toronto by train. The gym facility is top notch as well as the property in general. Daily housekeeping was seamless as a lot of hotels only offer this by request due to covid. Rohan saw to our needs at breakfast and he was truly the highlight of our hospitality experience but all of the staff went above and beyond. We will be staying here whenever we visit Toronto.
