Molly the catering manager and Chanelle on reception both provided excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Molly ensured my daughters dietary needs were catered for, and Chanelle was friendly efficient and helped me to check in with aircanada before we flew home, printing off boarding passes, because Mt phone had malfunctioned. Thank you so much!

Everything! Rooms were a great size, beds were very comfy, staff were lovely, food was delicious! Wish we could have stayed longer.
