The kitchen is well equiped with new equipments, a good place with comfortable chairs and desks to est or to pass time, there’s also an inviting big living room which is perfect to meet new people. The bathroom was really clean and had good showers The staff is really nice, they make the guest feel at ease, as if it was your own home. They also give you tops about everything related to your travel and are open to talk about other things as well. Overall, everything me feel welcomed, I’m going to recommend it for anybody that asks me where to stay in São Paulo.

The location was completely unexpected. It was in a residential street lined with flora that gave a sentient feeling of old times past. Yet it seemed apt to be located in the heart (thereabouts) of Vila Madalena at stone´s throw from anything one would want. Great value for money. A very kind presence of the beings who manage the flow.

The host was very friendly and Neide who works during the day was very nice and helpful. The property was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The property is in a safe area near to supermarkets and restaurants. Would recommend ☺️

Set 4.8 km from Allianz Parque, 360 Vila Madalena offers an outdoor swimming pool, and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Nothing. The property was in very poor condition. We had to leave after just one night. Still fighting to get our money back.
