Cozy, modern studios with balconies, fully equipped kitchens, pool, gym and parking spot located in the heart of Vila Madalena. From this location you will be able to enjoy Sao Paulo in one of the most cosmopolitan and bohemian neighborhoods of the city, We offer Air-conditioned studio units in a residential building with everything you need for your comfort. We provide bed linen, bath items such as shampoo and soap for your stay. Any doubts should be addressed directly to the contact provided after a reservation is confirmed. Please do not show up at the building without a previously confirmed reservation, as this is a private property in a residential building, the building staff will not be able to help you.

Vila Madalena is an upper middle class neighborhood of the Pinheiros district in the western part of the city of São Paulo, Brazil. The neighborhood is known for its bustling nightlife[2] and its history as a center of São Paulo bohemian culture and art. The neighborhood is filled with dozens of art galleries and studios, an eclectic mix of restaurants and bars and a series of graffiti-covered streets and alleys, and is attracting young professionals. The bohemian Vila Madalena neighborhood, often called "Vila," is known for its indie fashion stores, casual cafes and contemporary art galleries. There’s vibrant street art throughout the area, particularly on Beco do Batman, an alley that’s become an open-air gallery for colorful stencils and murals. A hip crowd hangs out at the laid-back bistros and bars, and live music clubs host soul, funk and samba music. You will be in the middle of 3 subway stations: Fradique, Faria Lima and Sumare.
