I like this hotel for many reasons: Good value for money, location, cleanliness and, mainly, the amazing receptionist team. They are always kind and very helpfull. 👏👏👏

This traditional hotel features spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi in downtown São Paulo. It is 300 metres from Santa Cecília Subway Station, offering a coffee shop and a 24-hour reception. The check in hall was gorgeous, an absolute architectural beauty. The staff was sweet and friendly, we had an issue with our reservation (a slight mismatch with another guest of the same name) but it was resolved with ease and we even got an upgrade to the 8th floor! The cost was also very much friendly, and the neighborhood was not as ‘scary’ as I imagined based on the reviews I read (only during the day, we did not risk going out at night although). The breakfast was just as described: not too many options but what is served is simple and delicious. Free water and coffee was a bonus! Would definitely come back.

Hotel Dona Lú is a simply styled accommodation located in the heart of São Paulo. With free Wi-Fi access, this hotel also offers 24-hour reception services and laundry facilities. The price is good for one night. The location is very good as well, super close to the subway station and bars, etc. The breakfast is good as well.
