The staff was sweet and friendly, we had an issue with our reservation (a slight mismatch with another guest of the same name) but it was resolved with ease and we even got an upgrade to the 8th floor! The cost was also very much friendly, and the neighborhood was not as ‘scary’ as I imagined based on the reviews I read (only during the day, we did not risk going out at night although). The breakfast was just as described: not too many options but what is served is simple and delicious. Free water and coffee was a bonus! Would definitely come back.
