The internet did not work well, so I could not work in the hotel. Fortunately I had no urgent matters to resolve.

Well located, on top of a hill with an open view over the sea and Rio Vermelho district, yet very close to bars, restaurants and shops. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Bruno at the front desk that was always eager to give extra advice about what to do and see. Good breakfast with different options.

Beautiful, historic house in colonial style in which the hotel is accommodated. Very spacious, well-equipped rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Such great levels of comfort and quality - specially given the price. I genuinely loved it here and cannot wait to return for carnival. Oh and the Garden is really cute. And the Wi-Fi is flawless.
