The staff at Palladium, both at the desk and in the restaurant, are quite helpful and courteous. A+ all the way.

Best place to stay in Rio de Janeiro!! The hotel is really nicely designed and the pool area is super cool. Easy access to the beach. Very friendly staff.

Just 200 metres from Rio de Janeiro’s Leblon beach and 500 metres from Antero de Quental tube station, the charming Ritz Leblon features a gym and a pool with wooden deck and sunloungers. Conveniently located in a great location with quick walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Safe area with lots of access to public transportation options (tours, Uber, Taxi, etc). Staff was very accommodating for our early arrival and late departure. While check in/check out times were not adjusted (understandably), we were able to use the facilities, go to the beach, store luggage, use the hotel lobby and bathrooms throughout the day. The bellhop man was super nice and very attentive with storage of our luggage and making sure we were on the correct transfer each day. Housekeeping was friendly and refreshed our room daily. Breakfast was pleasant with a clean dining area. I would highly recommend Ritz Leblon to future travelers.

Ovaj ekskluzivni i nedavno renovirani rizort sa 5 zvezdica nalazi se pored obale okeana, na popularnoj plaži Leblon u Južnoj zoni Rio de Žaneira. The view and customer service were excellent. We enjoyed food, club drinks, variety, and selection. The pool was clean, and the room was well maintained. Kids Club is a great addition, and staff members were very welcoming, friendly, and openly.
