The staff at Palladium, both at the desk and in the restaurant, are quite helpful and courteous. A+ all the way.

Conveniently located in a great location with quick walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Safe area with lots of access to public transportation options (tours, Uber, Taxi, etc). Staff was very accommodating for our early arrival and late departure. While check in/check out times were not adjusted (understandably), we were able to use the facilities, go to the beach, store luggage, use the hotel lobby and bathrooms throughout the day. The bellhop man was super nice and very attentive with storage of our luggage and making sure we were on the correct transfer each day. Housekeeping was friendly and refreshed our room daily. Breakfast was pleasant with a clean dining area. I would highly recommend Ritz Leblon to future travelers.

The view and customer service were excellent. We enjoyed food, club drinks, variety, and selection. The pool was clean, and the room was well maintained. Kids Club is a great addition, and staff members were very welcoming, friendly, and openly.

Offering sea views, Beach Loft next to the Sheraton Leblon is an accommodation situated in Rio de Janeiro, 300 metres from Praia do Vidigal and less than 1 km from Leblon Beach. Absolutely incredible. Genuinely had no words. The best night of my life!
