It was a nice experience, one of the staff at the front desk was very nice (can't remember his name) and got us an early check-in since I had my baby with me. We could wait in the pool area and they even let us leave our suitcases for 4 days while we were out in the city to Buzios, it was very kind of them. The breakfast was nice and the people were kind, with good fruits, and nice beds...overall it was a good experience.

Rodriguez and Francisco were extremely helpful with booking tours/night buses, advising on getting about. Both are very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean, basic accommodation. Great location for amenities. I felt safe at hotel and area. Lovely breakfast with a good selection. Love the samba night at the bar across the road, If you don't like noise, it's worth taking along ear plugs as it's loud .i'll definitely stay here again.

Staff were super friendly and service was great except when the pool bar is open it is almost impossible to get anything from the restaurant. It took 40min to get a Coca Cola up from the downstairs restaurant. They should just say “no service at the pool” and I would’ve got it myself. Other than that a great value stay.
