Located in the heart of Sofia, InterContinental Sofia offers two restaurants, a 24/7 fitness centre and city and mountain views. So this was a birthday present for my sister-in-law, and wow did the Intercontinental do an amazing job. Thanks so much for going above and beyond by placing a nice birthday treat in there for her. She kept messaging us with how wonderful her two day weekend stay was. I didn't ask for this, but they placed a nice dessert and thank you note in the room when she arrived. I got about 1,000 pictures of the view from the room. She absolutely loved everything about the hotel. She loved the bed and kept saying how nice the pillows were. She loved the breakfast and the bathroom and the housecleaning staff. I live one metro stop away from the hotel, but it made me jealous and want to spend a weekend there myself. If I can bring a well behaved labrador dog, I will really consider it, rofl.

Enjoying a privileged location in the heart of Sofia, next to Serdika Underground Station, the exclusive Sofia Balkan Palace, includes Bar Basilica and Restaurant Labels. Staff were extremely kind and helpful friendly and the service was exceptional as always! I also appreciate the upgrade that they have done that surprised me in very nice way and huge thanks for all their team effort for this! We will keep coming back there!

Opened in 2013, the 5-star Sense Hotel Sofia, a Member of Design Hotels, enjoys a prime location on Tsar Osvoboditel Boulevard, a few steps from the Parliament. Everything! The Staff are friendly and exceptional at what they do, the room is comfortable and sheek, the hotel facilities are excellent, the bar on the 9th floor a view to die for. Location perfect.

It is absolutely impossible to find a better location for exploring the centre of Sofia. Also for us, as a family with a small kid, was very important that there was a lift - most old buildings there do not have one. Nice amenities, comfortable. WiFi fast.
