Located in the heart of Sofia, InterContinental Sofia offers two restaurants, a 24/7 fitness centre and city and mountain views. It was easy to find the hotel by car. No problems at the check-in. The rooms were great. Spacious. Clean. Breakfast was excellent. The food quality is extremely good. The staff were very polite. What really left an impression was that everyone speaks excellent English, although, being a Serb I had no issues understanding Bulgarian. All of them work really hard to be of service and that is greatly appreciated.

Excelent location,staff very helpfull, room was very clean .We will come back for sure if we will travel again to Sofia. Parking is very closed ,twoo streets from the hotel.

Our stay at Balkan Palace in Sofia was excellent. The welcome was particularly outstanding, with special thanks to Anastasia for arranging an upgrade to a Junior Suite. In the centre of Sofia, located within a short distance of Cathedral Saint Alexandar Nevski and Sofia University St. highly recommend this place in Sofia, it's in the center of the city and all the attractions are within walking distance. the host was great I was supposed to meet him 1:30AM at the apartment but due to a flight delay I arrived past 3:00AM and he was waiting for me "Again sorry Julian for that ", I also had an issue with my car when I parked it in a blue zone past 2 hours (be aware of that if you have a car), I called him and he explained the situation and how much the ticket was and called the city for me to free my car.

This property is fantastic. Very modern and in a superb location in Sophia. The owner went above and beyond. There was free coffee, water and even Coca cola at our disposal. There is 2 full size bath. Will come again.

In the Yellow Pavement district of Sofia, close to Ivan Vazov Theater, CACAO Studio next to Crystal Garden and Russian Church has free WiFi and a washing machine. The studio itself is awesome and I had everything I needed. I felt really comfortable and had enough privacy during my stay. It is very well equipped and I can imagine to stay even for longer period and would definitely book again in the future. There is a nice park with outdoor pub right in front of the house and a few inexpensive little shops nearby, I guess those are open nostop and I really appreciated it after my late arrival.
