The room was large and the artwork throughout the hotel was unique and interesting. A salon with comfortable furnishings and an outdoor terrace provided nice communal spaces to relax. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and featured tasty homemade cakes and jams.

Wonderful location, great breakfast, excellent and perfect hospitality. The staff was are very helpful and answer every question. We enjoyed.

The NH Gent Belfort is located next to Ghent’s historic town hall building. It features stylish accommodation, a fine dining restaurant and an on-site gym and sauna. Free WiFi is available. The rooms are very neat, clean, comfortable. Our location was a little far from the area where we worked. The breakfast is abundant, varied, satisfying.

Was having a great stay at the Ghent River Hotel and then our flight home was cancelled with lots of complications. That's when the super-accommodating staff went above the call of duty to take would have been a great "10" review, and turn into to an "11". Overall - it's a great location...rooms along the canal are really special...rooms themselves are super clean, comfortable and well organized...the lounge area and outdoor garden seating are great. The breakfast is fantastic. Once our flight was cancelled, the staff did a superb job in finding a way to accommodate us for another night during a very busy time. We would definitely return to the hotel and enthusiastically recommend it for your next stay in Ghent!
