We loved this property because of the historical look and feel of the place. While the rooms were modern and the amenities excellent, the real clincher was the warmth of the hosts, and the excellent home-cooked breakfasts.

Novotel offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV in Gent city centre, only 350 metres from St Bavo’s Cathedral. The room was very comfortable. Great central location. The staff was very polite.

Aquest hotel està situat just davant de la catedral de Sant Bavó, al centre de Gant. This hotel is in the perfect location. The breakfast was excellent, our room had a wonderful view and was very clean. All of the staff were so friendly. Charlie & Rebecca were particularly helpful when our flight home was cancelled and helped arrange further accommodation. Another man (also named Charlie) in the bar was super friendly as were the ladies who ran the breakfast room. Thanks for everything! We loved staying here.
