All of the staff made us feel very welcome and surprised us with a birthday welcome in the dining room. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean and have plenty of spaces to tuck away your bags. The private spa experience was amazing -- so relaxing!

Staff is very friendly. We travelled with a dog and the hotel was great and considered towards the dog. Location is great, right in the center. Our tv didn’t work and we were offered to move to another room instantly, people were very nice.

The breakfast was excellent, our room had a wonderful view and was very clean. All of the staff were so friendly. Charlie & Rebecca were particularly helpful when our flight home was cancelled and helped arrange further accommodation. Another man (also named Charlie) in the bar was super friendly as were the ladies who ran the breakfast room. Thanks for everything! We loved staying here.
