They gave us an upgrade and we loved it. Room was spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable, balcony was great, good location, beautiful bar and last but not least, owners brought their dog, Klookla daily. She is the sweetest and made our trip!

The elegantly designed Mercure Hotel Brussels Center Midi is conveniently located in the heart of city, a 5-minute walk from the Brussels-South Train Station with Eurostar and Thalys terminals. Location was in prime area where you could reach the main station Brussels midi/ central by walking in 8 minutes and to grand place and manakken piss by 15 min.

However, it is refurbished to a modern stylish design and is exceptionally clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, like a family run small hotel in the middle of Brussels. Very good value for money too
