Set in one of Brussels' tallest buildings within a 15-minute walk from Grand Place, The Hotel Brussels offers panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant and free access to a spa, wellness and fitness... We had a great room with a very good view. Since we came to the hotel during the day and were extremely tired, we really really (agan: really) liked the sun shades, which were controlled with the remote. Made a complete darkness in the room. The WiFi connection was reliable and fast, bathroom cleanliness was outstanding. We were really amazed by the friendliness of the guy at the check-in desk. He was really helpful, kind and willing to make our check-in experience like a charm.

The breakfast was amazing. They had a luggage room where we could leave our luggage while we explores the city. And finally we can’t forget to thank Jose, the recepcionist, because of his hospitality and kind attitude. He was always smiling and being attentive.

Olivia was also very nice and communicative. We highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Brussels.
