The hotel is really nice with all the expected services available. There was a mistake on my reservation, and the staff resolved the issue is a very professional manner. Martin’s Brussels EU hotel features leisure facilities, a garden terrace and sound-proofed rooms only 500 metres from Schuman Metro Station. I had a great experience and enyoyed my stay mostly because of the walking distance accessibility to many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was easy to reserve or take Taxis at the hotel. Cleaning and front desk staff were formidable and always available. Very clean room and facilities. My favorite part was that it was safe to walk during day and night. Easy to walk from the hotel to enjoy and experience the city of Brussels.

Holiday Inn Brussels Schuman is located at the heart of Brussels' European District, 350 metres from Schuman Metro. Free WiFi is offered in the hotel. At my arrival, they apologized and asked me to change hotel for an overbooking problem; the manager offered car transfer and provided immediately a new accomodation nearby. Problems happen, it depends how they are solved.

NH Brussels EU Berlaymont is located a 2-minute walk from the European Commission and offers design accommodation with spacious bathrooms. The location was good, near the metro station. The staff was excellent, very helpful. The room was comfortable, so the bed. If you travel by car it is convenient place because the hotel has a carparking ( you have to pay), but there is also a parking space in front of the hotel (have to pay).
