The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

The communication with the host went beyond smoothly. He was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is great! It has everything you need and the bed is absolutely comfortable. It is very well located as well. Markets, bakeries and good bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and the connection to the touristy sights is good.

The room was nicely cool, even during the heatwave, due to good humidity level. Super friendly and caring host. Room was spacious, with private bathroom, additionally there's a common kitchen and dining area, where you can cook and store food in a fridge. Coffee, tea, kitchen and cleaning utensils are available.
