The room was great, with a perfect view! Location was excellent! Bathroom was very clean. The reception was exceptional and helpful. They even let me have late breakfast! Thank you!

Apartment - Place Jourdan & EU institutions ligger i Etterbeek-kvarteret i Bruxelles, 1,1 km fra Berlaymont, 2,2 km fra Magritte Museum og 2,3 km fra Place Royale. The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

Laurent is a wonderful host, very attentive to his guests needs. A big bravo! We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.

Beautiful Flat in Etterbeek ligger i Etterbeek-kvarteret i Bruxelles, 2 km fra Berlaymont, 2,5 km fra Horta Museum og 2,6 km fra Egmont Palace. Very nice cozy apartment. There is everything for living, cooking and enjoying your staying for long period. İ was first guest there and i like that apartment. The owner very fast was reacting for my questions or any wishes. İ was staying 25 days and very comfortable to have in apartment washing machine. Also i was enjoying the sunny bath on balkon. Cute flat.

The location was perfect – so easy to get around and surrounded by fantastic places to eat and drink. The building was lovely, and everything about the apartment made my stay feel like home. Excellent location, quiet room, multiple points reachable on foot, bus stops 2 min away. The room was nicely cool, even during the heatwave, due to good humidity level. Super friendly and caring host. Room was spacious, with private bathroom, additionally there's a common kitchen and dining area, where you can cook and store food in a fridge. Coffee, tea, kitchen and cleaning utensils are available.
