If only I could rate this above 10. Such a nice hotel and exceptional customer service. We had the best time from check in through checkout. People at reception especially Hussayn was excellent, very helpful and well mannered. Breakfast was exquisite. F/b manager Emil was super friendly and helpful, guided us with the insights about our visit to the country. Other staff especially Ilona and Emil were very sweet, friendly and helpful. It was most conveniently the best service we have received in a long time. They all made us feel very special and welcomed. Will definitely visit again if get the chance.
